Right now it's our open/women season, until the 4th of August.
We have men/women trainings, 2 hours training on Monday and 2.5 hours training on Thursday, both on full-sized artificial grass pitches with floodlights.

We also have beginner/recreational trainings, 2 hours long, on each Thursday.

If you want to join, pleas contact us!

Please bring to the trainings

  • a disc
  • a white and a dark shirt!!!

Track

  • We have track combined with throwing and small-group technical training at least once a week, place and time is not fixed. Write for details.
